As you know, Harry Potter and the Half Blooded Prince came out on July, 16, 2005.
Although I'm sure many of you have read and finish the book, a handful of people may still be reading it. In your summaries, please specify if it has information that was given in the book, by the line: HBP Spoliers
Also, if your Harry Potter story takes place in the sixth year, it may be a good idea to include 'AU' or 'Alternate Universe' in your summary also. This will tell the readers that if anything in here strays from the original sixth year.
